Andrew Eichstaedt has been developing software since 1983, and has extensive experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation. This experience includes:

Internet and intranet client-server application development under Linux, OS X, and other Unix variants, Windows, Macintosh, DOS/Novell and VMS based networks.

Knowledge of Diverse Development Environments
Fluent in AppleScript, Basic (multiple versions), C, C++, CLU, ACI's Fourth Dimension (including 4D Client/Server for Macintosh and Windows), Microsoft FoxPro (for DOS, Macintosh, and Windows), JavaScript (with client-side experience on all major browsers, server-side experience including Netscape server tools and Borland IntraBuilder), LISP, Paradox for Windows, Pascal, Perl 4 and Perl 5, and Scheme. Experience in Accent-R (a 4GL), APL, several assembly languages, HyperTalk, Java, Mini-FX (functional programming), OPS5 (rule-based programming), Prelog (logic programming), PHP (excellent for shell scripts), SQL (including Oracle, MySQL, ODBC, and others), Unix shell programming, telephony programming in VAL and with Bigmouth/Powerline, Visual Basic for Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel.

Discounts for Prepaid Blocks of Time
Discounts are available for purchase of prepaid blocks of time that must be used within 60 days of purchase. A block of (X x 10) hours is discounted by (X x 10) percent, up to 50 percent. Examples:
- A 30 hour block of on site hardware/software installation is discounted 30%, for a total price of $2,625.
- A 50 hour block of programming time is discounted 50%, for a total price of $3,750
