List/One Record Forms. List form (back). User has selected people whose last name is "Smith". One Record form (front). User has double-clicked Aaron Smith's line to bring up the detail form for his record in the database.

Sending Email. From the one record form above, the user has now hit the "Send E-mail" button, and is choosing a message to send to Aaron Smith. After the user hits the "Select Message" button, the message is sent to that user. The dialog box that selects the email message is also shown when the user clicks on the form shown in back the "Produce" button with the "E-Mail Messages" menu item selected. Advanced Query Form. Below is one of the forms used in conjunction with the list form above. It allows users to browse individuals meeting arbitrary criteria.

Transaction Types. Users may define types of transactions, items which may be ordred through the shopping cart. The form shown in front displays some general information about the transaction type, in addition to several user-defined fields. The form shown in back, reached when the user clicks the "Activity" tab, shows a history of transactions of this type in the database.As with the individuals' list/one record forms above, double clicking on a given transaction's record will display the details for that transaction.
